A bunch of Nokia Eseries phone models received an update in the past few days, SymbianTweet reports.
Nokia C7 gets some small software upgrade to version 13.0.16 or the PR 1.1 (N8 and C6-01 soon). This update is consider to be a small fix and changes to the device and the bigger change will come soon on PR 2.0. The update brings an overall upgrade performance specifically on scrolling, running an application and more on highlighted lists below.
More after the break.
This week there were a lot of software upgrades news that we’ve covered and today another firmware update for C6 and 5800 are available. The two phones runs on Symbian S60 5th edition operating system and both features resistive touch screen. Whilst the C6 has the four-row QWERTY compare to the music predator, 5800 XM.
The Nokia N8 and Nokia C7 is running on the latest Symbian^3 software and Nokia, in fact, ironed well the software before it was finally boarded on these devices and launched on market. But it seems there are still likes and wishes for the next firmware such as application supports. Like some of my friends and fellows online experienced some small glitches on the current PR 1.0 of Nokia N8 and others, whose myself included, want to see these following changes and upgrades on the next PR 1.1 or something, hopefully.
You can now upgrade your Nokia E63 to a new major software version 501.21.001. The new firmware brings changes and improvements mostly on music services and organizers such as your calendar and contacts, short lists below.
