Nokia in Barcelona during the Mobile World Congress 2010

Mobile World Congress Nokia

During Nokia World 2009, rumours emerged stating that Nokia will not be attending Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona, nor will they launch any new devices during this event. However, it’s time to bring light into the dark. Indeed, Nokia will not have it’s own stand such as in the earlier years. Rather they set up a relaxing event that will take place a short walk from the Mobile World Congress at Once – home of the Spanish National Organization for the Blind. The goal of this event is to create an atmosphere designed to encourage conversations among industry peers. In this comfortable setting you will relax as you learn more about Nokia solutions and services. There is no doubt that we’ll see new devices as well.

Vopium: Save upto 90% on international calls and international SMS

11. February 2009 at 22:41

Today I came across a new service called Vopium. Vopium reduces the costs of your international calls and international SMS. However, how does it work and is it really useful? Read more to get the answer.

How it works:

Vopium is free, there are no monthly fee, no call set-up charges, no hidden fees. When you make an international call, Vopium re-routes your call as a local call to a Vopium gateway and then via premium global traffic carriers to ensure top-notch voice quality. All you need to pay is your mobile provider for a local call and Vopium for the international add-on.

Review: Nokia E65

The E65 was announced in February 2007 at the 3GSM conference in Barcelona together with the E90 and the E61i.

It is Nokia’s first ESeries-device with a slider. Two weeks ago I received a trial-device from WOM World in the rare color “Soft Black” and today I want to share my thoughts and experiences about this device with you in this review.
